The Race of the European S2-1 was stopped after two laps due to an accident with no particular consequences for Vincent Marchal (Honda), but the recovery was, however, revived the duel between our Edgardo Borella (Yamaha) and the British Mitchell -Thomas (TM), with the latter took the lead on lap 9 to go to win the victory, while the Italian was also mocked by the Finnish Asseri Kingelin (Honda) for second place. In Race 2 Mitchell-Thomas has instead dominated from start to finish, finding himself on the podium with the Italian Diego Monticelli (Honda) and, again, Kingelin. For Monticelli, fourth in Race 1, it is then also came third overall in the event.
The FIM Supermoto World Championship is back in action this weekend for the fourth round of the season, the Grand Prix of Estonia, which for the first time will host the protagonists of this series on the demanding circuit Kuressaare, a small town on the southern coast of 'island of Saaremaa, in the western part of the Baltic country.
